MAGNETIC INSPECTION CRAWLER
 
The Inuktun (now Eddyfi) magnetic inspection robot offers real time recording of live video during structural integrity assessments of new and aging infrastructure including above ground storage tanks, pressure vessels, wind turbines, ship hulls and virtually any other steel structures with confined space entry access.
 
The magnetic crawler is ideal for quick viewing of areas just out of reach and even underwater. No need for scaffolding or working at heights. Fully customizable to whatever payload you need, i.e., thermal imaging camera, Ultrasonic or Eddy Current transducers, gas monitoring sensors, the options are endless.    
 
Tether is approximately 130ft long with RCA video output from power supply unit via drop cam light intensity box then to the attached 4.3" screen which also has a HDMI output if you wanted to connect to a laptop or TV. 
 
The MP4 video recorder last approximately 2 - 2.5hrs on a full single charge then will need recharging.   
 
Everything has been custom designed to fit in the SKB Roto Shockmount Rolling Rack Case to simply plug and play on site. This case has a telescopic handle, wheels and a shock absorbing rack. SKB Shockmount cases features an internal frame mounted on coiled shock absorbers on all 8 corners.
These revolutionary shocks are designed to control the effects of shock & vibration on three axes. The "sway" space around the internal frame provides natural air conditioning... very important for delicate equipment. Plus, the SKB Shockmount cases are half the weight of the old wooden cases.
